CCIMI PhD Open afternoon

The CCIMI Open Day 2017 will take place on Thursday 9th November at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences.

We encourage anyone interested in applying to the CCIMI PhD programme to come along to find out more about the institute. Read more about the PhD programme here, and find information about the application procedure here.

The event will be held at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, University of Cambridge (Wilberforce Road, CB3 0WA), with talks in MR3.

The timetable is as follows;

1:00-2:00 Lunch with current CCIMI students, researchers and faculty

2:00-3:30 Presentations from the following;

Carola Schönlieb (CCIMI Director)

Linda Gruendken (Cantab Capital Researcher)

Hanne Kekkonen (CCIMI Research Fellow)

Andrew Celsus, Sven Wang, Sam Power and Ferdia Sherry (CCIMI Students)

Quentin Berthet (CCIMI Lecturer)

3:30-4:30 Tea and Coffee with current CCIMI students, researchers and faculty

If possible please register in advance if you are planning to attend.

We are able to reimburse some reasonable travel expenses to attendees travelling within the UK, please get in touch in advance if you are interested in this.
