I am a fourth-year PhD student in the EECS department at MIT working with Prof. Pablo Parrilo.
I obtained my M.S. from UCLA working under the supervision of Prof. Paulo Tabuada. Before that, I was at Mines ParisTech in France where I studied engineering and applied mathematics.

Research interests: I am interested in convex optimization and in obtaining relaxations for hard nonconvex problems in science and engineering. My recent work has focused on the power and limitations of convex optimization through the approach of lifting, which encompasses many of the well-known relaxation methods (sum-of-squares, LP relaxations, …).
